With alot of our players, friends and family facing into exams over the coming months, exercise is crucial to keep the mind and body rejuvenated. Sport is a great way to meet up with friends outside of school and to escape from the books for an hour or two ⚽️☀️👩🏻🎓📚
With the State exams on the horizon, taking time out to exercise every day may be seen as a waste of good study time, but flexing those muscles or just limbering up is beneficial for students on a number of levels.
